Secondary Character

Secondary Character Studios

You bring the idea.
We’ll build the rest.

Websites and small workflow tools for people with a real idea and no time to learn Webflow. Most projects ship in two weeks. Built with you, not for you.

What we make

01

Web presence

Sites and progressive web apps that look like you, work hard for you, and don’t lock you into a template subscription. From a single brand page to richer builds with booking, intake, or content built in.

02

Workflow tools

Take back control of your inbox, your scheduling, your day. Small, custom automation that fits your actual life — not someone else’s idea of best practices.

And what we don’t do

We don’t sell templates with our name on them. We don’t disappear after launch. We don’t pad the scope to pad the invoice. If something isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you and point you somewhere it is.

What it costs

  • Brand site

    from $1,500

A real website you own — fast, mobile-first, on-brand. Homepage and a few supporting pages. About a week.

  • Full build

    from $3,000

Multi-page site or progressive web app with booking, intake, light CMS, or a custom workflow tool wired in. Two to three weeks.

  • Ongoing Support

    from $300/mo

After launch — iteration, new features, tooling help. Like having a small studio on call.

Real number depends on what you actually need. We’ll tell you before we start, not after.

Where it starts

The site itself is the demo.

Most of our intakes start with a chat. To the right is a transcript from a recent first conversation — fictional but representative. Eventually you’ll be able to start one of these right here. For now, write to hello@secondarycharacter.studio.

  1. Anton

Hey — I’m Anton. I do the first pass so Alex doesn’t waste your time or his. What are you trying to make? (If you’d rather just email him: hello@secondarycharacter.studio.)

  2. Guest

I’m a voice actor. I have a Squarespace site that I hate and that nobody can find. I want something that feels like me and that books me work.

  3. Anton

Got it — that’s the most common thing we hear. Two questions before I bring Alex in: do you already have demos and headshots ready to drop in, or do we need to plan around getting those? And: when someone hits the site, what’s the one thing you want them to do?

  4. Guest

Demos yes, headshots are a year old but fine. The one thing — book a session with me. Or hear my reel. Probably both.

  5. Anton

Perfect. Quick estimate: this is a Brand site build, ~$1,500, ready in about a week. I’m looping Alex in now. Last thing — is there a deadline I should know about?
